Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
